Why doesn’t the stick burn while toasting marshmallows?

The marshmallow browns WAY before the stick can burn. Best tip is to cook over hot COALS, not an open flame.

The coals will result in a more controlled browning vs. your marshmallow going up in flames.

Also, consider cooking two marshmallows at a time keeping the marshmallow near the tip when pressing it on. This protects the tip of the stick from the heat.

How long does it take to get my order?

It depends. How fast do you need it? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Orders are produced very quickly, but this is not a fast-food type of place. We hand-produce every stick as the order comes in then get it shipped out as quickly as possible.

So, typically within 7-10 days.

How long can the personalization be?

Typically customers personalize with a name, so 8-10 characters. But we are flexible on character count.

Others have personalized with a special date, company name or logo. We’ll work with you to make whatever you want happen.

Can I ship to different addresses?

Sure! Whatever you need to do, just let us know. We can make it happen.
